The role spans the complete spectrum of cloud offerings, from Ubuntu to virtualization, private cloud, and Kubernetes, along with the implementation of advanced open-source solutions like MLops platforms and data platforms.

As a Cloud Professional Services Manager, you will oversee a team of cloud solutions architects, directly engaging with customers to design tailored private and public cloud solutions based on workload needs. The products in the portfolio include OpenStack, MicroCloud, Ceph, and solutions deployable on-premises or in public clouds such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, and PostgreSQL.

You will lead the team in technical presales, manage line duties, foster engineering talent, and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring that the team meets its delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of engineers from graduate to senior levels.
  • Coach and mentor team members, offering career development feedback.
  • Implement disciplined engineering processes and represent the team to partners and stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in achieving quarterly goals through technical presales support.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Ceph.
  • Practical knowledge of Linux and networking.
  • Experience in technical presales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language (Spanish or French) is preferred.
  • A track record of developing and mentoring engineers, with strong organizational skills to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for company events and customer meetings.

Additional Benefits:

  • Annual compensation reviews, performance-driven bonuses, and a personal learning and development budget.
  • A distributed work environment with twice-yearly in-person team sprints.
  • Annual holiday leave, maternity and paternity leave, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Opportunities for travel to meet colleagues around the globe and Priority Pass for travel benefits.
