We are seeking a Cloud Support Associate Engineer to join our team and assist customers with their technical needs related to Ubuntu and other open source products. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is eager to learn and has a passion for Linux and cloud technologies. You will address and resolve technical issues, manage support cases, and deliver an outstanding technical support experience.
