Position

We serve top public cloud and silicon providers worldwide and have a diverse range of customers across various sectors.

We are hiring a Dedicated Site Reliability Engineer to support our customers in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will maintain and optimize our clients' private cloud infrastructure, collaborating directly with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide guidance, and ensure smooth operations. You will need to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of the private cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Python software engineering skills to operations.
  • Practice DevSecOps from bare metal to applications.
  • Architect and manage OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined storage.
  • Enable DevSecOps for applications running on the infrastructure.
  • Stay updated with the latest capabilities in open-source infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Expertise in Bash scripting and Python software development.
  • Operational and troubleshooting experience in Linux environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a customer-facing, on-site role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with OpenStack or Kubernetes deployment or operations.
  • Familiarity with public or private cloud management.
