Position

The Talent Science team is dedicated to implementing objective and efficient processes to select the best new colleagues from diverse backgrounds. As a Graduate Talent Scientist, you will play a vital role in the hiring ecosystem, ensuring a scientific approach to talent acquisition.

In this entry-level position, you will:

  • Learn to assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques
  • Gain insight into the use of psychometrics in the workplace
  • Contribute to projects that require advanced analytics skills for data-driven insights
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to design and implement hiring solutions
  • Address support tickets and hiring queries while deepening your understanding of company processes

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)

Work Conditions:

  • Remote, full-time position
  • Opportunity to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks

Requirements:

  • An exceptional academic track record from high school and university, with a degree in psychology or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition from relevant coursework, internships, or first jobs
  • Excellent communication skills in professional written and spoken English
  • A passion for technology and the drive to excel in the talent field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
