In this entry-level position, you will:
- Learn to assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques
- Gain insight into the use of psychometrics in the workplace

Requirements:
- An exceptional academic track record from high school and university, with a degree in psychology or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Familiarity with talent acquisition from relevant coursework, internships, or first jobs
- Excellent communication skills in professional written and spoken English
- A passion for technology and the drive to excel in the talent field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
