The Talent Science team focuses on objective, scientifically rigorous hiring processes to select the best new colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The team aims to leverage data-driven decision-making and behavioral science in recruitment, ensuring a high standard in talent acquisition excellence.

We are seeking exceptional candidates for an entry-level position that involves:

  • Learning and implementing hiring strategies that foster high performance.
  • Gaining appreciation for psychometrics and its application in the workplace.
  • Enhancing hiring processes using advanced analytics.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to design and execute solutions to complex hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing candidates using behavioral interview techniques.
  • Improving process and documentation efficiencies to enhance hiring practices.
  • Supporting teams with hiring questions and issues as you familiarize yourself with our systems.
  • Engaging in projects that contribute to successful hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical skills using SQL, Python, or R.
  • Relevant exposure to talent acquisition through coursework, internships, or early career roles.
  • Strong interest in technology and its applications in hiring.
  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events.
