We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer with experience in NetSuite, who is dedicated to achieving high engineering quality and process efficiency. The Business Systems team is responsible for a suite of systems including NetSuite and Salesforce and collaborates closely with both engineering and business teams to implement processes and ensure system compliance. This position is ideal for individuals who have a genuine interest in business, maintain high engineering standards, and have a drive to enhance the employee experience through these systems.
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote (based in the EMEA region)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn Canonical’s business processes.

- Develop and promote great engineering and organizational practices.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks long).
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Performance engineering and security experience.
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
