Your seniority will be based on your software development background and your ability to lead junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on automated CI/CD processes for building, testing, and publishing container images
  • Write tools and tests for assessing security compliance and cloud-native compatibility

  • Engage with the open-source community as a subject-matter expert
  • Mentor team members
  • Work in a collaborative, agile, and globally distributed environment

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
  • Experience in collaborative development
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Concourse CI)
  • Understanding of GitOps principles and workflows
  • Track record of delivering high-quality software
  • Experience building container images
  • Proficiency with at least one container management/orchestration tool (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with Linux systems administration and package management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clarify technical discussions
  • Educational background: Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or a similar field

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation and performance-driven annual bonus
  • Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year
  • Annual compensation review
  • Recognition rewards
  • Holiday leave and maternity/paternity leave
