The Talent Science team is dedicated to adhering to objective, scientifically rigorous, and efficient processes to select top talent from a diverse global pool. In your role as a Talent Scientist, you will collaborate closely with Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation, and best practices, providing expert insights on talent assessments. This position focuses on the science of talent and performance to enhance the organization's ability to select the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive talent analytics to offer real-time insights and aid hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews, analyzing motivations and behaviors.
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure effective hiring practices and operational consistency.
  • Generate data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Review and enhance hiring processes, prioritizing diversity and inclusion by minimizing unconscious bias.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Psychology-based field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in R or Python, SQL, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Passionate about using scientific methods for talent selection.
  • High level of personal organization to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in sourcing and headhunting.
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments and statistical significance testing.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, and DISC profiling.

Work Conditions:

  • This is a remote position, allowing flexible work arrangements.
  • Candidates will engage with the team remotely while participating in bi-annual in-person events.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is assumed, additional languages may be beneficial.
