Capgemini Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in data, platform, and analytics across various sectors, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to empower data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will manage demand, gather and refine business requirements, analyze use cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bilingual Communication: Facilitate collaboration in both Arabic and English.
• Demand Management: Manage demand and planning in Agile environments.
• Effort Estimation: Apply techniques like Feature, Epic, and T-shirt sizing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align business and technical teams effectively.
• Use Case Prioritization: Identify and prioritize high-value business use cases.
• Requirement Documentation: Develop accurate BRS/BRD documentation with approvals.
• AI & Analytics: Explore AI/ML solutions to address business challenges.
• Data Visualization: Work with UI/UX and Power BI teams for insightful visuals.
• Data Mapping & Validation: Ensure data readiness and accurate mapping.
• Risk Mitigation: Assess and address data-related risks.
• Sprint & Backlog Management: Collaborate with Scrum Masters on Data Product Backlog in JIRA.

Ideal Candidate:

• Business Analytics Proficiency: Experience in BRD/FRD creation and analytics.
• Data & Power BI Mastery: Strong experience with data management and visualization.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with an analytics focus.
