About the Job:
Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and translates that into technical requirements for our customers. We are dedicated to providing technical leadership and guidance during the sales cycle, helping customers, prospects, and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in an engaging and clear manner. Your role will directly impact strategic customers around the world by building bespoke solutions that support the deployment and integration of our projects. Additionally, you will provide feedback to enhance the customer experience with Chainalysis' solutions.
In This Role, You'll:
- Partner with the Sales team to lead customer-facing technical discussions related to value creation and solution development.
- Build customer-specific deployment and integration solutions for Chainalysis products.
- Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Demonstrate Chainalysis solutions to inspire audience confidence.
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers.
- Identify business opportunities and partner with the Sales team to enhance our presence in the public sector.
- Provide guidance on technical challenges, ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation.
- Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances.
We're Looking For Candidates Who Have:
- Experience working directly with customers in the Public Sector (e.g., Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, Civilian government).
- Developed custom deployment plans for SaaS products.
- A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, and Kubernetes/Docker.
- An interest or knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures and security principles.
- Fluency in English.
Nice To Have:
- Experience with prior security clearance.
- Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases.
