Solutions Engineer, Middle East - Arabic Speaking

As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and effective solution design. Your role will be to identify customer needs and create scalable solutions that provide maximal business value.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in pre-sales technical activities for the Cloudflare solution portfolio.
• Understand customer challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technology.

Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with any background considered.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
• Ability to manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of Internet technologies (e.g., TCP, UDP, DNS, firewalls).
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape regarding DDoS, CDN, performance, and security services.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15 days per quarter).
• Previous pre-sales experience or technical consulting and knowledge of a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
