Automation Test Lead

Cognizant is seeking an Automation Test Lead with 10 to 12 years of strong expertise in UI and API Automation using Java Selenium and RestAssured. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in mobile automation solutions using Appium, and an understanding of service virtualization requirements to deploy appropriate solutions.

In this role, you will define the automation strategy and create and maintain the automation framework in line with program expectations. You will be responsible for test planning, guiding teams to ensure automation deliverables are completed on time and of high quality. Additionally, you will identify automation opportunities within the program and develop a transformation plan to enhance the overall automation process.
