Cognizant .Net Developer Position
Cognizant is seeking a .Net Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

About the Job
The role involves working with Microsoft Technologies, including ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#.NET, VB.NET, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL Server/ORACLE and XML services, and a willingness to manage vendor-based applications and support. You will be expected to handle multiple projects and develop and manage new applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues, while deploying and supporting applications.
• Analyzing security vulnerabilities and understanding PCI standards within Operating Systems and Application Code.
• Establishing 2-way/mutual SSL connections between different systems and ensuring the secure transfer of data over the network (HTTPS).
• Integrating with various systems while adhering to security standards.
• Gaining a fair understanding of Cloud Concepts, specifically AWS/AZURE, and experience with microservices and containerization.
• Utilizing tools like Jira and having a foundational understanding of testing processes.
• Familiarity with the project lifecycle stages, including requirements analysis, design, build/configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Having knowledge in DevOps, along with experience in BitBucket, Github, and Gitlab, will be considered an advantage.
