Oracle HCM - Technical Consultant

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 8-12 years of expertise in PaaS, SaaS Integration, and the technical aspects of Oracle ERP. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing PaaS components using VBCS, ADF, etc.
• Integrating with Oracle Fusion ERP, including BIP Reports, Dashboards, HDL Data Load, and Fast formulas.
• Customizing and configuring solutions in accordance with business requirements.
• Developing and modifying reports, interfaces, and extensions to enhance functionality.
• Integrating Oracle Fusion applications with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
• Assisting in data reconciliation and data loads within the Oracle system.
