Senior Salesforce Developer

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Dubai.

About the Job
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce development and customization. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications. The ideal candidate will need to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and design high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive Salesforce development, including integration with external applications using REST API.
• Take ownership of project work, develop client relationships, and communicate effectively with business users.
• Implement security measures related to Profiles, Roles, and Data Security within Salesforce.
• Utilize experience with Sales Cloud, Lightning Migration, Payment Gateway, and Lightning components.

Experience/Skills Required

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Force.com development.
• At least 4 years of experience in integration development.
• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development (Apex, Triggers, batch classes).
• Salesforce PD1/Developer and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory; PD2 certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and strong communication skills.
