As a Senior Member of Technical Staff on our Applied ML team, you will work directly with customers to understand their challenges and design solutions using Large Language Models. In this role, you’ll execute projects from ideation to production while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. You will mentor a distributed engineering team and identify opportunities for improvement in existing models. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing large-group projects.
- Collaborating with product teams to develop effective solutions.
- Engaging with partner organizations.
- Assisting legal teams with the preparation of patents.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Prior experience leading ML teams in applied research and production.
- Experience in technical direction-setting and product refinement.
- Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and inference.
- Strong mentorship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A demonstrated passion for applied ML models and products.
- Working proficiency in Arabic.
