Position

As a Service Cloud Principal Specialist Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you'll play a crucial role in the sales cycle, providing thought leadership and enhancing customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues, supporting the sales team, and translating business objectives into effective solutions. You'll present products, address objections, and inspire confidence in Salesforce's technology infrastructure. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll support customers in their transformational journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in collaboration with various teams.
  • Understand customer needs and position Salesforce’s products as the optimal solution.
  • Develop and deliver custom solutions and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Participate in training and certifications to maintain knowledge vital to the role.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
  • Respond to RFPs and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives for career growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Digital Transformation strategies in regulated industries.
  • Proven success in solution engineering, consultancy, or training for enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities in dynamic environments.
  • Team-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
