As a Bid Manager, you will manage and coordinate the end-to-end proposal development and submittal process to clients. Your role will involve providing presales support, ensuring compliance with governance processes, developing bid plans, and ensuring the quality of proposal content aligns with client requirements and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provides end-to-end presales support to Core42's new logo and add-on pursuits, meeting submission timelines.
  • Ensures governance processes are followed by coordinating necessary approvals prior to proposal submissions.
  • Determines client requirements and coordinates the value proposition and sales strategy.
  • Develops bid plans with clear roles, actions, and timelines to meet submission target dates.
  • Acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for technical, solution, commercial, and contractual teams.
  • Project manages the bid plan, including coordination and compilation of proposal contents, solution creation, and delivery of proposals.
  • Conducts quality control of proposal content, ensuring alignment with client requirements and sales strategy.
  • Co-ordinates preparation of client presentations and workshops.
  • Assists in contract/SOW completion and coordination with various teams for project development.
  • Aligns requirements with available services and capabilities, identifying and leveraging opportunities.
  • Designs and develops proposal output, conducts quality checks, and analyzes specifications.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commercial, IT, or Management.

Minimum Experience:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Sales or Sales Support Functions as Bid Manager or Proposal Manager, working with national or international clients in the context of IT Services.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Local IT market knowledge is desirable.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • APMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with IT service contracts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, including virtual team management.
  • Strategic thinking with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize for positive outcomes.
  • High level of commitment to achieve results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
