As a Principal Solution Architect, your role is to oversee the end-to-end management of complex business solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the solution lifecycle. You will also play a critical role in understanding client needs, designing customized solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Your ability to effectively manage projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver value-added solutions will contribute to client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
- Design innovative and customized solutions that address client needs, leveraging existing products or recommending enhancements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical requirements to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and scalable.
- Define solution architectures, considering factors such as integration, security, performance, and usability.
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing client expectations.
- Conduct discovery workshops and meetings to gather and clarify client requirements.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with technical teams to oversee solution propositions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- More than 15 years of experience in information technology, primarily in Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven experience in solution management, product management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise Cloud solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
- Proficient in solution design methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
