Reporting Analyst

Looking for a strongly analytical, insightful and proficient Reporting Analyst, to derive deep insights from Core42’s diverse sources of financial & economic data, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and deliver timely, accurate analyses & reports to the business in order to help the company make better, more informed business decisions. You will gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide crucial insights that drive strategic decision-making and support the organization's growth.

Responsibilities

• You will acquire & update data from primary & secondary financial sources, maintain all databases, and develop & implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize organizational efficiency & profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, models, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address financial reporting needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Interpret a wide range of financial data sources, analyzing results using statistical techniques, monitoring trends, and provide actionable business reports to management.

• Model and structure databases for clear and easy dissemination, understanding and reporting.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex financial data sets.
• Assess and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and systems.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of financial KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support the design and implementation of financial data visualization and dashboard tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate in a multicultural & diverse environment that expands to include various geographic locations and spans numerous cultures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the technology or public sector industry
