We are looking for Account Managers/Senior Account Managers who will play a dynamic and pivotal role, primarily focused on driving sales and managing key client relationships within various industry verticals. This position is responsible for spearheading effective account management strategies, fostering robust client engagement, and developing innovative sales approaches. The role involves deeply understanding client needs and aligning them with our comprehensive suite of in-house or outsourced solutions, with a special emphasis on Data & AI, and Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote our wider portfolio of offerings, focusing on Data & AI, and Generative AI solutions.
- Advise on strategies to retain long-term client relationships, aligning with the client's growth vision.
- Validate the company’s strategic priorities regarding Data & AI and GenAI, ensuring maximum exposure of our service offerings to the client.
- Contribute to increasing product usage by existing clients, focusing on Data & AI and GenAI applications in different industry verticals.
- Liaise with key client stakeholders, offering insights to ensure client advocacy and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to performance levels, proactively identifying new Data & AI and GenAI use cases and opportunities.
- Contribute to the company’s profitability by managing account profitability and performance targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor in Data & AI and GenAI, continuously growing customer accounts across targeted companies.
- Support clients in their Digital Transformation journey.
- Seek to win and close key and large Digital Transformation projects leveraging Data & AI and GenAI for significant growth.
Budgets and Plans
- Recommend budgets and monitor financial performance, focusing on investments in Data & AI and GenAI solutions and their impact.
Operational Excellence
- Assist industry vertical leads in adapting to new technologies in Data & AI and GenAI, evolving business requirements.
- Monitor and synthesize market research in Data & AI and GenAI, applying insights to enhance client strategies.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Management or client experience executive roles, with a focus on AI and GenAI technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Social Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with a strong emphasis on Data & AI, and GenAI solutions.
- ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred.
- Strong understanding of Data & AI, Data, and GenAI processes, technologies & industry best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and analytical thinking skills.
- Extensive experience in managing vendors & partners.
