Core42 seeks a highly strategic, analytical, and tenacious Senior Bid Manager to spearhead the development and submission of complex, high-value proposals for the organization’s enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will combine your commercial acumen with in-depth technical understanding, providing support and leadership to our pre-sales and pursuit teams, and winning bids that enable national-scale / enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives in the public sector and enterprise domains.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end bid management process for complex, high value digital transformation proposals.
- Develop compelling value propositions and win strategies aligned with exacting client requirements.
- Work closely with sales, technical and delivery teams to deep dive into client requirements, devise compelling bid strategies, and create winning proposals.
- Coordinate cross-functional bid teams including solution architects, technical SMEs, and pricing specialists.
- Ensure that Core42’s governance process is strictly followed by coordinating all necessary approvals prior to proposal submission.
- Project-manage the bid plan, including coordination and compilation of proposals, solution creation & finalization, costing, and proposal delivery in line with internal guidelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to develop better informed bid strategies.
- Manage bid/no-bid decision processes using data-driven approaches.
- Create and maintain bid timelines, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
- Drive commercial modeling and pricing strategies in collaboration with finance teams.
- Lead proposal reviews and quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate executive reviews and bid governance procedures.
- Develop and maintain bid response templates and a comprehensive best practices repository.
- Conduct post-bid analysis and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
- Be the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Core42’s technical, solution, commercial and contractual teams, ensuring accurate and effective flow of information at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- APMP Foundation certification or equivalent.
- 8+ years of bid/proposal management experience in the IT services industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex technical solutions.
- Track record of successful wins in competitive technical bids.
