Position

Core42 is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager - Growth Marketing to drive global B2B marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and Operations and will be responsible for scaling marketing programs across international markets.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition and revenue growth on a global scale.
  • Lead international marketing campaigns including digital advertising, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and tactics that drive measurable growth.
  • Design and implement lead generation programs, including inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts and external agencies (as applicable) across various channels, including search engine marketing and social media with sharp focus on exceeding growth KPIs (total sales, revenue, ROAS, and CAC).
  • Develop processes for capturing, scoring, and nurturing leads through marketing automation tools.
  • Partner with sales operations to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and improve lead conversion rate and pipeline generation.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, targeting, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to international markets.
  • Lead CRO initiatives by conducting A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance website and funnel performance.
  • Continuously measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into marketing effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to iterate on marketing programs and improve campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and operations to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute large-scale marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful international marketing campaigns.
  • Established track record of bringing customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers together to drive needed business outcomes via lifecycle/nurture strategies.
  • Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement, specifically working with Marketing operations in the setup, execution, and optimization of nurture programs.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills, fluent in interpreting data, creating alignment around actionable insights and translating it into applicable changes to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
