About the Job
Play a key role in shaping and implementing strategic digital transformation technology solutions for Core42 clients in government and industry verticals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and engineering, to design and deliver comprehensive architectures that address complex business challenges.
Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative and scalable technology solutions in digital transformation, cloud computing, and cybersecurity domains.
- Gauge the business impact of technical choices and develop comprehensive solution architecture that aligns with clients' business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.
- Evaluate and select technology platforms, tools, and vendors to support solution implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses to validate architecture designs and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Provide technical expertise during all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Assess existing systems, infrastructure, and applications, identifying areas for improvement and recommending suitable upgrades.
- Be the subject matter expert on AI, digital transformation, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into robust architecture designs.
- Guide project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and quality assurance.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity domains.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the value proposition of Core42’s solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of the company's solution architecture frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets.
- Lead the design and implementation of systems for large interconnected networks with significant data requirements.
- Liaise with various teams to solve client challenges efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure design and capacity planning.
- Design, modify, and test technical architecture.
- Update stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
- Ensure that all documentation is updated and maintained for easy access.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Industry certification in one or more of the following: C++, Java, SQL, Python, MCSE, CCNP, CCSA, CISA, CA, CCSP, ISC, ITIL, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of coding languages, operating systems, and databases
- Strong understanding of agile software development frameworks, operational risk management, and IT best practices

Minimum Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in the IT industry as a Solutions Architect
- Experience with Internet of Things and Cloud data services (Azure, Google IoT)
- First-hand knowledge of distributed resource scheduling, deployment automation, and distributed service management
