Dautom is seeking an experienced and innovative Artificial Intelligence Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic startup team. This role is pivotal in building cutting-edge generative AI solutions for clients and upskilling individuals and teams through specialized training programs. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of AI strategies and solutions while ensuring clients gain the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in their AI transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI Solutions Development
- Identify and prioritize generative AI use cases tailored to client needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored AI-based solutions.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and performance tuning for AI models.
- Collaborate with client SMEs to ensure practical implementation of AI solutions.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Training and Upskilling
- Develop and deliver foundational AI courses and specialized workshops.
- Conduct upskilling programs for citizen developers and client teams.
- Tailor training content to align with client-specific AI goals and capabilities.
- Stay updated with AI advancements to ensure training materials reflect industry trends.

AI Advisory and Support
- Work closely with the advisory team to provide AI strategy and readiness assessments.
- Assist in the selection and integration of AI solutions and tools.
- Offer post-go-live support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure seamless integration of automation and AI solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client engagements and technical discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Fireflies, Synthesia, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in building and deploying Generative AI models and solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or courses is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, with knowledge of other languages being a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected.
