Position

As an Information Technology Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the project manager and ensuring efficient project operations. Your primary responsibilities will include administrative support, documentation management, resource coordination, communication amongst stakeholders, project scheduling, financial tracking, meeting coordination, and report preparation.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager with scheduling, organizing meetings, and preparing project documentation.
  • Maintain and update project files, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Help with the allocation of resources and materials needed for the project.
  • Serve as a point of contact between stakeholders, project teams, and contractors to ensure effective communication.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets, process invoices, and track costs accurately.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports and other necessary documents to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
