What You’ll Achieve:
As a Systems Engineer, you will provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define comprehensive solutions for our customers using the full range of Dell Technologies products and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and leading relationships for complex customer accounts.
- Conducting customer needs analysis to understand requirements and project scope.
- Preparing detailed product specifications to enable the sale of high-end products and solutions.
- Delivering impactful presentations at customer facilities.
- Verifying the operability of complex product and service configurations within the customer’s environment.
Essential Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of technologies, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to present to senior-level individuals and effectively articulate Dell Technologies solutions.
- Strong IT industry knowledge, particularly across infrastructure solutions, cyber security, datacenter, and cloud.
