During your tenure as a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Technology Strategy & Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Conduct client workshops to manage business requirements, perform current state assessments, and support scalable product-centric IT operating model designs that align with the business strategy.
- Design and develop comprehensive tech strategies and roadmaps for clients to optimize their technology operations.
- Lead and manage the implementation of technology operating model transformations, IT Processes, and Policies for clients using agile methodologies.
- Support with defining and implementing efficient IT service management processes aligned to best practices such as ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
- Develop and enhance vendor management frameworks to drive performance, compliance, and strategic alignment with third-party partners.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to clients' requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master’s degree is a plus
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Consulting/Digital Banking is a plus
- Banking Domain knowledge (at least two areas):
- Digital Banking / Omni Banking Platform (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking)
- Payments (Retail, Corporate, Remittance)
- Credit & Debit Card Systems
- Transactional Banking
- Retail Banking
- Commercial Banking
