Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Architect who can understand requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive technical designs, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of Salesforce platform components.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases, leveraging new functionalities for innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, successfully delivering complex solutions.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, System Architect, or Application Architect).
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).
- Experience with DevOps processes and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to comprehend complex business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in Agile teams.
- Experience with data migration and management strategies in Salesforce.
- Expert understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Styles.
