We are seeking a passionate thought-leader and hands-on data advocate to join our Enterprise Data Strategy team. In this role, you will guide clients on their data and analytics journey, leveraging your expertise in strategy, technology, and client relations to facilitate short-term engagements with our customers. Your mission will be to enable clients to unlock the full potential of their data by establishing foundational data virtualization programs and frameworks for mature organizational deployments.
Job Responsibilities & Duties

Data and Analytics Strategy:
- Develop data strategies for diverse customers to shape their data-centric organizations.
- Support organizations in achieving transformational change through enterprise data strategy programs.
- Help define the processes, technologies, and expertise necessary to convert data into actionable insights.

Architecture and Solution Advisory:
- Engage in architectural discussions with customers regarding the integration of data virtualization within their ecosystem.
- Provide functional and technical architecture guidelines that align business needs with infrastructure constraints.
- Assist in defining operational roles and responsibilities for managing Denodo deployments.
- Tailor Denodo’s best practices to facilitate the adoption of data virtualization technologies.

Customer Management:
- Supply feedback to Product Management regarding customer business cases and challenges.
- Manage client expectations and build credible, problem-solving partnerships.
- Advise clients on resource needs and identify opportunities for extension and additional usage of Denodo products.

Presentation and Content Creation:
- Develop white papers, presentations, training materials, and documentation on relevant topics.
- Deliver actionable documentation for customer engagements.
Desired Skills & Experience
- University degree in information systems or computer science (Bachelor or Master’s).
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and business counterparts.
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing positions.
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated experience in data strategy, management, governance, and architecture.
- Proven record of assisting clients in developing next-generation data products and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of data integration technologies and analytics.
- Willingness to travel around 40% of the time.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Big Data and NoSQL architectures.
- Understanding of Internet of Things and streaming technologies.
- Knowledge of web technologies and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Docker, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques.
- Understanding of architectural frameworks (TOGAF / EAP / Zachman).
