About the job
As a Senior Webflow Designer, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our digital projects to life, translating innovative designs into functional, high-performance websites. You’ll work closely with our design and development teams, ensuring seamless integration and execution of web projects from concept through to launch.

Your challenges

• Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites using Webflow, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation.
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional Webflow websites, maintaining accuracy to the original design while also providing optimal user experience.
• Manage and execute all phases of the web development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine web designs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Utilise Webflow’s CMS capabilities to create dynamic, easy-to-manage websites.
• Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as needed to extend Webflow’s native capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, helping to elevate the team’s overall Webflow expertise.
• Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our workflows and outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio of live Webflow projects.
• Experience with Enterprise Webflow accounts.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Webflow certification, with a solid understanding of Webflow’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience working with Relume and Finsweet.
• Proficiency in Figma for web design, with the ability to translate designs into functional Webflow sites accurately.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with clients to bring visions to life.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
