DevOps Engineer

About the Job
Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes. You will utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to efficiently manage containerized applications and environments.

Additionally, you will develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible to provision and manage cloud resources. Collaboration with development and operations teams will be essential to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability. You will implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance, while continuously improving our security posture through best practices and regular security assessments. Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud computing will also be crucial to driving innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of cloud services with experience in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure, Oracle).
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
