About the job
Accountable for the following:
- People technical management
- Provide guidance and technical support to their team
- Provide feedbacks and training to team members
- Support the management of KPIs and KQIs during for ELK Platform related items
- Support Incident Management Process for ELK Platform related items
- Drive Continuous Service Observability/visibility Improvement
- Help project manager with daily technical tasks
- Work closely with the Enterprise and lead architects
- Responsible for the completion of the technical tasks assigned to teams
Qualifications
- ELK platform knowledge
- Monitoring and Observability knowledge
- Experienced with other monitoring tools e.g. Dynatrace, BMC, Solarwinds
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Payment and Banking systems
