We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Testing Manager/Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of SAP testing within our organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP implementations, enhancements, and system integrations. The SAP Testing Manager/Coordinator will lead the testing strategy, coordinate test activities, and manage a team of testers to ensure effective and efficient testing processes. This position requires strong expertise in SAP systems, testing methodologies, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Define test scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each project, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure test plans are realistic and achievable.
- Create detailed test plans and schedules, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and that testing activities are well-coordinated.

Test Execution and Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate SAP test efforts, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough and accurate testing of SAP modules, including ERP, S/4HANA, and any third-party integrations.
- Manage test environments and data, ensuring that the testing process is consistent with production environments.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP testers, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform effectively.
- Assign testing tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure testing efforts are on schedule.
- Provide guidance on best practices, testing tools, and methodologies to improve the overall effectiveness of the testing process.
- Ensure that testers are adequately trained on SAP applications and testing processes.

Quality Assurance and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on key milestones, risks, and issues.
- Ensure that testing efforts are aligned with quality assurance goals and standards, contributing to the overall success of SAP implementations.
- Conduct defect analysis and root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Generate and deliver detailed testing reports, including test execution results, defect summaries, and overall testing status.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP testing and quality assurance, with a focus on SAP project management and system implementations.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating SAP testing projects, including functional, integration, and UAT testing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP applications, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and integration with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as manual testing, automated testing (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, or JIRA).
- Experience with test data management and test environment setup for SAP projects.
