About the Job
As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Your role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will configure and customize ServiceNow modules, integrating them with third-party applications. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members is also a key responsibility. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other systems is essential.
In this role, you will deliver large-scale ServiceNow projects and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the platform. You will also develop technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation, and offer training and support to end-users regarding ServiceNow and its related processes.

Requirements

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applications.
- Experience in leading and participating in large-scale ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred.
