About the Job
Easygenerator is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to generate insightful user research that drives product decisions. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping product direction and improving the user experience across our B2B SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to execute user research, ensuring insights directly inform product decisions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product decisions, providing data-driven insights that influence product direction.
  • Support the product team by integrating user research methods within the product development cycle and promoting research best practices across the organization.
  • Drive research processes to ensure that insights are translated into actionable outcomes to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, data management, governance, and research tools/infrastructure.
  • Improve UX research processes to enhance efficiency and manage access to research-specific tools across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Trials, BI analytics, Data Science, Design, and Product Management, to ensure smooth integration of research insights.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of UX Research experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related area.
  • Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and more.
  • Understanding of how to effectively apply these methods throughout the product lifecycle for maximum impact.
  • Experience with remote research tools, such as Usertesting.com, Dscout, UserZoom, Qualtrics, R, SPSS, or similar.
  • Familiarity with prototyping software tools (e.g., Invision, Figma).
  • Experience with B2B and complex platforms is a plus; background in e-learning/Edtech is advantageous.
  • Experience in research operations, coordinating and maintaining large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Familiarity with competition research and emerging technologies/tools.
  • Interest in visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Miro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • A portfolio demonstrating research that has led to impactful insights or experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the capability to work across multiple product teams.
