About the Job: Emirates NBD, a leading financial services brand in the UAE with a strong presence in the MENAT region, is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst. The role involves transforming data into actionable knowledge to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various business units to identify data needs and analyze relevant information.
  • Utilize SQL, SAS, and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and programming languages (e.g., EDA in Python).
  • Translate complex data findings into clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics with a proven track record.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Python and its libraries for data analysis; familiarity with statistical analysis techniques using SAS and Python.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, ETL, and processing.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA.
