Senior Product Designer

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall look and feel of a product, taking ownership in the creative executions, deriving the brand personality, and ensuring product alignment to the head of design's vision.
  • Leading and creating wireframes based on requirements.
  • Co-create UX within Agile delivery mode with Designers, Researchers, and UI engineers.
  • Leading workshops with various stakeholders for requirements clarification and refinement.
  • Estimating efforts based on requirements and planning design workstreams for user experience and information architecture.
  • Leading discussions to convert feature-oriented requirements into design backlog items and conducting user testing activities.
  • Collaboration with other designers and business stakeholders in shaping digital experiences.
  • Communicating and articulating design decisions, attention to visual details and organization.
• Key Requirements:
  • Holding a degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, or similar. Graduate degree a plus MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the GCC region is considered an asset.
  • A design thinker comfortable with vagueness and unknowns, collaborator, and co-creator with others.
  • Understanding and appreciation of User experience & information architecture as a craft.
  • Design Thinking, Creative outputs, and experience of industry-standard software & Prototyping tools.
  • Foundation of hands-on, applicable experience in UX/UI or any other related domains.
  • Human-Centered Design Practices.
  • Designing for Native app UI and Designing for web.
