Embark on a journey with the world’s largest international airline and become a vital part of our cutting-edge information and technology team as an Agile Delivery Lead - Customer (Brand and Marketing). You will join our Agile Delivery team on a mission to create technology solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will perform as a Scrum Master, developing and leading a high-performing, multi-discipline team, instilling a clear vision and passionate drive. You will be responsible for day-to-day planning, leading, organizing, and motivating scrum teams to achieve high performance and quality in delivering outputs that provide exceptional value to business users.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan, focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments/blockers to ensure optimal flow of value.
- Guide the team on the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values to enhance self-organization.
- Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach towards higher levels of maturity.
- Promote team empowerment and encourage engagement in initiatives.
- Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog.
- Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Delivery Management.
- Oversee the maintenance of agile project management tools (Confluence, JIRA, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Honours in a subject related to Computer Science or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of practical application in Scrum Management, SAFe, PMI ACP discipline.
- Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global cross-functional development teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in agile delivery and governance.
- Well-versed in software delivery tools (MS OFFICE suite, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, focusing on openness, honesty, and respect.
