We invite you to join our Technology Futures & Innovation team as an Innovation Manager. This role is focused on driving innovation through research and development activities leveraging emerging technologies. You will design and execute innovation programmes, run proof-of-concepts, and engage with stakeholders to deliver the group’s AI & Web3 strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation through research and development activities utilizing emerging technologies.
• Manage and successfully deliver proof of concepts and new business models.
• Communicate with stakeholders to create a well-rounded innovation pipeline aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead the development of innovation prototypes and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Initiate and manage projects through all stages to ensure progress and quality.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and explore new business models.
• Engage with strategic partners to build innovative travel-centric applications.
• Organize and support key innovation events, creating a community of internal developers.
• Ensure lifecycle governance by integrating the incubation and delivery portfolios.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• 8+ years Information Technology experience
• Extensive knowledge of innovation practices and next-generation technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and articulate the potential of new technologies
