We are looking for an exceptional IT professional to join our cutting-edge information and technology team as an Innovation Specialist - AI & Web3. In this role, you will oversee the development, management, and continual improvement of our innovation office. You will collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to identify opportunities that enhance our IT innovation capabilities, thereby improving throughput, idea conversion, and outcomes.
As part of the Technology Futures & Innovation team, you will work on developing AI and Web3 solutions that drive our business forward. This includes conducting design thinking sessions, tracking the progress of innovation projects, and overseeing workshops and training events. Responsibilities
- Develop the Web3 & AI prioritized innovation funnel in coordination with innovation channel managers.
- Organize design thinking sprints to identify problems and opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor the progression of work through the innovation funnel and provide regular status reports.
- Conduct innovation workshops and develop training materials for internal and external programs.
- Drive a positive change in the innovation culture and engage employees in crowdsourcing innovation ideas.
- Support in the development and implementation of AI and GenAI solutions across departments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance business processes and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Technology Innovation, or related fields.
- Degree in Management, Technology, or Innovation.
- Experience with AI, Metaverse, XR/VR, enterprise blockchain, or similar technologies is a plus.
- High-level understanding of Technology and the Aviation, Travel, or Tourism Industry.
