We are looking for exceptional IT professionals to join us in the role of Manager IT Product Delivery - Group Services. As part of our Technical Product Management team, you will be responsible for building effective technology products and services that delight our customers. Our range includes B2B and B2C products and services across various domains, such as Digital, Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial. This role is pivotal to enhancing our products with features that deliver value to our customers and users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product-oriented solution management: Oversee the lifecycle of all products, from concept to launch and beyond. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Product and solution design and delivery: Lead teams to define features, design solutions, and implement them efficiently. Provide guidance to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Delivery-focused accountability: Accountable for end-to-end product and solution delivery. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Data-driven management and improvement: Use metrics to monitor performance and provide insights for product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Investment planning, roadmaps, and relationship management: Support long-term investment strategy and manage relationships with business units.
  • Budget management: Oversee the IT budget, forecast requirements, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Building high-performance teams: Manage teams to optimize resource allocation and deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Supplier relationship management: Maintain relationships with strategic IT partners and ensure compliance to service levels.
  • Continuous process improvement: Collaborate with various chapters to improve IT practices and product delivery processes.
  • Innovating and creating a continuous learning culture: Stay updated with industry trends and promote learning within teams.

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in an IT related discipline.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Information Technology.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of Product and Project Management practices.
    • Proven experience in technology product delivery at scale.
    • Evidence of managing large-scale projects and IT delivery functions.
    • Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, software development, and process improvement.
    • Strong collaborative problem solving and effective communication skills.
