Senior Technical Engineer – End User Digital Experience (L3 Support – Printing & End User Computing)

As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will design, develop, support, and deliver robust and cost-effective solutions for business and IT-led initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert technical consultancy and guidance within the technology area and acting as a lead technical member in project teams.
• Developing IT solutions that meet customer requirements and ensuring their robustness and quality.
• Collaborating with other IT Technology teams for ongoing monitoring and resolution of incidents.
• Managing End-of-life replacement of equipment and ensuring conformance to technical standards.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience in:
  • End User Hardware, Security & Tools
  • Windows 10/11, Apple MacOS, iOS, and Android OS
  • Microsoft Workplace and Office 365
  • Various printing solutions and vendor management
  • Imaging, Device Management (Intune and SCCM), Handheld devices
  • Managing and planning Virtual Desktops using Azure VDI, Windows365, and VMware VDI infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
