Join our Technical Product Management team, where we build effective technology products and services that our customers love. We offer a mix of B2B and B2C products and services in domains such as Digital, Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial. Our goal is to continuously evolve our products, enriching them with features that focus on delivering value to our customers and users.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for Crew and Operations Tracking Systems, supporting critical areas such as Network Operations, Flight Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Safety and Security. You will work on complex system integrations that connect key operational components, providing a seamless experience across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of technology products and solutions ensuring the effectiveness of all technology features aligned to the Product’s vision and roadmap.
- Lead a team of Technical Product Owners (TPO) to understand, assess, and decompose prioritized initiatives into Technical Features within the engineering team backlogs, focusing on MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Ensure Technical Debt, NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements), and System enablers are captured and cascaded to team backlogs.
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist in the preparation of system demos for stakeholder groups.
- Drive the partnership with applicable product vendors to ensure timely feature/product upgrades, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ experience in product in a team-facing capacity.
- 8+ years practical experience as a Product Manager, with a proven record of driving ideation, change, and delivery.
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilizing a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within specific domains.
