The Technical Product Manager - GenAI & iXR is an expert who understands the technical capabilities of iXR and GenAI, how they can bring value to an organization, and how to engage the business in the ideation, exploitation, and adoption of technology while evolving the platform capabilities with relevant techno-functional advances within the product strategy and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for iXR and GenAI platforms from discovery through to production and iteration
- Establish the product strategy and governance for the products and experiences designed upon them
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure scalable, user experience-optimized, stable, and performant technology products
- Lead a team of Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions
- Drive the partnership with applicable product vendors, ensuring timely feature/product upgrades
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM)
- 8+ years of total experience, with 3 - 5 years of practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner
- Well-versed in tools for the technical product aspects of software delivery
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
