The Technical Product Manager - GenAI & iXR is an expert who understands the technical capabilities of iXR and GenAI, how they bring value to an organization, and how to engage the business in the ideation, exploitation, and adoption of the technology. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle for iXR and GenAI platforms, establishing product strategy and governance while collaborating with various teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Product Owners (TPOs), peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholders to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs)
- Lead a team of TPOs to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions
- Ensure overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable and performant technology product that meets business needs
- Engage in the preparation and delivery of PI demos to stakeholders
- Develop and mentor TPOs to support their professional development
- Drive partnerships with product vendors to ensure timely feature upgrades
Requirements
- Qualified in SAFe Product Owner (Product Manager POPM or Agile Product Management APM)
- 8 years of total experience, with 3-5 years in a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner role
- Knowledge of tools for software delivery from a technical product perspective
- Strong communication skills at peer and stakeholder levels
- Demonstrated technical expertise in relevant domains
