About the Job:

As a Technology Experience Specialist, you will collaborate with Technical Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to deliver user research, visual prototypes, and usability testing, ensuring our Technology solutions are effective and user-friendly. You will be responsible for user experience design across various non-customer-facing products, from initial concepts through to product launch and post-launch analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver user experiences through research, visual design, and testing.
- Promote the Experience Design playbook across product management and development teams.
- Lead design thinking workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor and analyze user experience post-launch.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure all products meet usability benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent (12+3).
- Over 5 years of experience in Information Technology, User Experience Design, or related fields.
- Experience in product delivery from design to launch is desirable.
- Expertise in design software such as Visio, Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, and Invision.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts clearly.
