Position

As a technology consulting professional, you will help businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT investments — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. As part of a high-performing team, you will deliver exceptional client service, providing advice on how technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement. You will also explore how technology can act as a multiplying effect during major program transformations.

We are looking for a SAP Human Capital Management Lead, ideally a native Arabic speaker.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of SAP Solutions to enhance clients' business functionality and overall performance.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to clients on system implementation.
  • Identify scope gaps and advise on workaround solutions when applicable.
  • Lead the Functional Stream for Human Capital Management, including Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management, and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Implement end-to-end solutions while ensuring customer application and system requirements are identified, analyzed, and documented.
  • Optimize Human Capital Business Processes and help customers adopt best practices.
  • Support detailed project planning activities and communicate on program progress.
  • Manage customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner.

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Broad application skills with extensive knowledge in areas such as Payroll processes, Time Management, Manpower Planning, Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
  • Strong knowledge in ASAP/Activate/Hybrid implementation methodologies.
  • Capable of presenting the value proposition in the module/area.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Approximately 12 to 15 years of total experience, including SAP Implementation experience in a minimum of 6 projects.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience successfully implementing SAP Solutions as a lead consultant.
  • At least 5 years of experience implementing S/4 HANA and/or migrating to S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and practices and demonstrated track record of managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena.
