Position

As a technology consulting professional, you’ll help businesses realize the value they can gain from their IT investments, supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service by providing advice on how technology enablement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement. We’re looking for a SAP Human Capital Management Lead, ideally a Native Arabic Speaker.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of SAP Solutions to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to clients.
  • Oversee the Functional Stream for Human Capital Management, including Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management, and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Implement end-to-end solutions and ensure the customer’s application and system requirements are identified, analyzed, and documented.
  • Optimize Human Capital Business Processes and help customers adopt Best Practices.
  • Support detailed project planning activities and communicate program progress.
  • Manage customer challenges and escalations proactively.

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge in areas such as Payroll processes, time management, manpower planning, Employee Central, Recruitment, and more.
  • Strong knowledge of ASAP / Activate / Hybrid implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication and presentation skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Approximately 12 to 15 years of total experience, with SAP Implementation experience in a minimum of 6 projects.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in implementing SAP Solutions as a lead consultant.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in implementing S/4 HANA and/or migration to S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Demonstrated track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena.
