As part of our Cyber Technology Consulting team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining RSA Archer solutions for clients across the UAE and MENA region. You will work closely with esteemed clients to deliver Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions tailored to client needs. Your role will involve configuring Archer use cases, integrating with external systems, and providing technical expertise to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives. We’re seeking a Senior Consultant with hands-on expertise in RSA Archer implementation and GRC frameworks to enhance our service capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure RSA Archer solutions to meet client-specific GRC requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize Archer modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Incident Management, and Policy Management.
- Develop and maintain data feeds, system integrations, and application workflows.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and overall system maintenance.
- Provide technical consultation and best practices for Archer implementation and customization.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document system design, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Archer with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SIEM).

- Ability to collaborate with the engagement team to plan and develop work program timelines and risk assessments.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel on short notice.
- Proficiency in policy management, compliance management, risk management, and issue management modules.
- Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including installation, configuration, and customization.
- Understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and how to operationalize them within Archer.
- Proficiency in creating data-driven events (DDEs), calculated fields, and advanced workflows.
- Familiarity with Archer Control Panel administration and backend database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RSA Archer implementation, configuration, and GRC processes.
- Hands-on experience delivering Archer solutions for medium-to-large organizations.
- Valid passport for travel.
